An extraordinary security establishment for Mad Science criminals that are still useful
The location near Leavenworth, Ka is a converted prison, well it is still a prison, but the security is kept as low key as possible. Being that Mad Science types are allowed to work, security is very rigorous and freely uses all the tech and magic they can get. Every member of the "community has a number of highly intelligent and educated assistants, as much to monitor their activity, as to assist.

- Maria Valinjenko -- Creator of Brain Taping and known horny Cougar. Used to be Mory Valinjenko. The machine was used on him, now her by the NKVD.
