Formerly Munro's Fine Furniture; Infamous as the location from which Edward Robert Lee took a shot at an Ane. Munro wasn't selling any furniture so converted his building into a series of conference rooms and a catering service.
The building has several conference rooms of three sizes, six small, four medium, and two auditoriums, all with the most modern networking technology. It is one of the locations of what is informally being called Warp Drive Tech. A not university that is teaching what the Warp Drive Project is learning.
The location is also used for meetings with the various aliens that descend on the Warp Drive Project or economic conferences with the Greyhawkens.
Munro's is a prime example of the changes rolling through Long Beach. Housing and conference space are becoming a more important aspect of the city's economic picture.
